1937
Mr Wiggers started the timber company D. Wiggers BV. The company concentrated on the production of tool handles.1962
As a result of increasing demand for gymnastic items, Wiggers chose to specialise in the production of these articles.1970
Production was expanded to include solid wood profiles and handle frames for the furniture and kitchen industry.1984
Hindered by the limitations of solid wood furniture components, Wiggers was the first in the Netherlands to start planing and wrapping MDF frames. As a result, Wiggers has always been able to produce longer lengths, flawless semi-manufactured items and other products for the furniture and kitchen industries, among others.1992
Wiggers specialises in wrapping profiles.1997
A large-scale building and expansion project was undertaken, providing a constructed area of 7,000 m2.2002
Continuous modernisation of the machinery and production processes led to increasing amounts of products being supplied ready for installation.2006
