FOR MOTIVATION
The cycling team of Wiggers Lijstprofielen b.v. joins the Alpe d’Hu6 at June 9, 2011. The team members are Michel van Essen, Jo Ebbers, Ronnie Beernink, Bennie Assinck, Ron Berentsen and Louis Brockötter. Our goal is climbing to the top off the Alpe d'Huez and collect the maximum amount of money through donations. The money is obviously not for us. It is intended for the Dutch Cancer Foundation. All the money ends up by the foundation, there is nothing that sticks on the fingers.Wiggers Lijstprofielen b.v. provides the hole team with decent and representative cycling clothing.Wiggers also donated on behave of all teammembers a considerable amount of money to the Cancer Foundation. Clothing co-sponsors are:

- Profile Wesselink.
Jos Martens, co-owner of Profile Wesselink, is also our training supervisor.
It will be clear that the team pay many things out of their own pockets. Also they sacrifice much free time and vacation days in order to achieve their goal. TO COLLECT AS MUCH EURO'S POSSIBLE FOR CANCER FOUNDATION.
Do you remember this:
Around 30/40 years ago Cardiovascular Diseases where major cause of death. Among other sponsors activities there was raised hundreds of millions of Euros by people like you and me. That money was used for education, research, improvement of surgical techniques and development of technical tools.
Who doesn’t know someone who is angioplasty, has a bypass or a pace-maker? The result of sponsorship / donation is that people who not so long ago died from a heart disease, now live a normal life!
Would it not be great if we could say that in about 20/25 years, thanks to our donations to the Cancer Foundation, the quality of life of people with cancer has improved!
